As a key member of the Voith Group's Hydro division, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of machines and machine groups, including electromechanical complete equipment with a focus on generators, in collaboration with construction management, subcontractors, and customers.
- You will lead and guide assembly personnel and assembly companies, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- You will provide technical project support for the components of the respective delivery scope, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- You will document construction progress and deviations, plan proactively in close coordination with other trades and construction management, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- You will implement and monitor adherence to deadlines according to the construction site schedule.
Your Ideal Profile
- You have completed technical training or hold a degree as a technician (m/f/d).
- You have extensive experience in assembly, assembly supervision, and commissioning of power plant equipment, specifically generators in hydropower plants.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and project participants.
- You are a team player with a strong work ethic, flexibility, and resilience.
- You are willing to take on long-term international assignments and adapt to new environments.
