As a Site Supervisor (m|f|d) Generator at the Voith Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the assembly of machines and machine groups, including electromechanical complete equipment with a focus on generators.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with construction management, subcontractors, and customers to ensure seamless assembly and project execution.
  • Lead and guide assembly personnel and assembly companies to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical project support for the components of the respective delivery scope.
  • Document construction progress and deviations, and plan proactively with other trades and construction management to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
  • Implement and monitor adherence to deadlines according to the construction site schedule.

Your Profile

  • You have completed technical training or hold a degree as a technician (m/f/d).
  • You have extensive experience in assembly, assembly supervision, and commissioning of power plant equipment, specifically generators in hydropower plants.
  • Good French and English skills, as well as additional foreign language skills, are desirable.
  • You possess excellent communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and project participants.
