Your Role:

  • Provide personalized support to children and youth in the residential area, empowering them to develop independent living skills and integrate into society.
  • Utilize your medical expertise to deliver high-quality nursing care in the residential area, ensuring the well-being of our clients.
  • Collaborate with the school area to establish and achieve individual developmental goals for the children and youth, fostering their growth and development.
  • Act as a point of contact for family members and legal representatives, providing them with updates and support.
  • Work closely with other departments, doctors, and services to optimize support for the children and youth, ensuring a seamless and effective care experience.

Your Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Health and (Child) Nursing, Special Needs Education, or Elderly Care, demonstrating your expertise and qualifications.
  • Display empathy and work effectively with blind and visually impaired children and youth with additional impairments, showcasing your ability to connect with our clients.
  • Demonstrate self-reflection skills, highlighting your capacity for growth and development.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to diverse situations, showcasing your flexibility and resilience.
