Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Group Accounting, der unsere Finanzabteilung leiten und unsere Abschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS erstellen wird.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Leitung des Group Accounting Teams mit 5 Mitarbeitern
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
  • Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und korrekten Finanzberichterstattung
  • Koordination und Durchführung der Konzernkonsolidierung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Prüfern sowie Fachabteilungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der konzernweiten Rechnungslegungsprozesse
  • Unterstützung des CFOs bei strategischen Finanzthemen und Ad-hoc-Analysen
Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Finanzen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Konsolidierungstools wie Lucanet oder Tagetik von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung und Fähigkeit, ein kleines Team zu motivieren und zu entwickeln
  • Analytische Denkweise, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
