Masentó Group is seeking a seasoned SAP Deployment Manager to oversee the successful deployment of SAP S/4 HANA across our German operations.
This is a 12-month contract with regular travel to Germany.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, proven project management skills, and experience with large-scale ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA deployment project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants, to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants
- Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 2 years specifically in SAP S/4 HANA deployments
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP implementation projects, with expertise in project planning, execution, and risk management
- Must have experience as a Functional SAP Consultant
- Fluency in English and German (B1/B2+)
