Business Development Associate

We are building a smart greenhouse gas measurement platform with portable sensor technology for energy companies that need to quantify, report, and reduce methane emissions.

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in a wide range of operational, sales & marketing activities, contributing to strategic objectives and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and execution of business growth strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
* Provide data-driven analysis to key decision-makers, turning complex data into actionable insights
* Report to and work closely with our Founders' Associate, CEO & COO

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management & Technology, or a related field with top-of-class results
* At least one previous experience in a high-paced environment, such as startup, VC, or consulting
* Smart, ambitious, and analytical, with a passion for real impact
* Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and autonomously
* Fluent in both English and German
