We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Senior Frontend Developer for Cloud Native Applications at GK Software, you will be responsible for realizing user-friendly frontend solutions using Vue.js within the framework of agile development in AI product development.

  • You will conceive and implement Cloud Native web applications.
  • Optional: You will develop full-stack solutions, including the creation of REST services in the backend using Java.
  • You will document software design using UML and AsciiDoctor.
  • You will continuously optimize and maintain existing user interfaces regarding usability, performance, and responsive design.
  • You will conduct (unit) tests and code reviews to ensure the highest software quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable education with a relevant background.
  • Professional experience in frontend development with excellent skills in TypeScript & Vue.js.
  • Ideal knowledge of Cloud Native applications with Docker and Kubernetes, Windows/Linux, and GitLab.
  • An independent work style and a high motivation to develop your field of responsibilities.
  • The ability to enjoy working in agile teams and communicating with other departments.
  • Experience in using agile development methods.
  • Good German and English language skills.
