Technology Integration Manager

The role of a Technology Integration Manager is to design and configure interfaces to and from internal systems and to and from external partners, to manage 2nd level support for EDI and API incidents and to ensure optimized communication between more than 300 external business partners and more than 60 internal software systems in the European region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure workflow-based interfaces, including mapping of standard formats like EDIFACT, IDOC, JSON, X.12, XML, and others.
  • Manage the design and configuration of middleware software, including Lobster data and Boomi.
  • Perform functional and integration testing, and provide detailed implementation and change documentation.
  • Manage maintenance and configuration changes of the used middleware software.
  • Perform analysis of incidents and provide corrective actions.
  • Proactively monitor alert notifications and resolve or escalate as required.

Requirements:

  • Completed professional training or Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science/computer engineering or provable equivalent experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in EDI message types and protocols used for electronic data interchange and/or experience and knowledge in API-based communication.
  • Experience and knowledge in EDI middleware, especially Lobster data and/or Boomi.
  • Experience in network technology and network security.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in following change management and change control processes.
