At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and support of our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software components
  • Update and maintenance of server and client systems, including Windows Server, Exchange, and Office
  • Administration, maintenance, and technical support of the Microsoft-based system landscape
  • Responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of IT-based operations, including 1st level support for users on site
  • Support and maintenance of the ERP system, connected systems, and interfaces
  • Conception of IT security and continuous further development of the IT landscape
  • Support for the telephone system and all telecommunications devices

Requirements:

  • Training in the IT sector or comparable training/studies with several years of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, Exchange, Office, and macro creation/Windows client management
  • Experience in database administration (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and data warehousing
  • German language skills, both written and spoken
  • A solution-oriented work approach and service mindset
  • A high sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
