As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end organization of events, from concept to delivery. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution, meeting client expectations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute event strategies, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics, marketing, and communications.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance event experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in event management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software, including Cvent and other relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of German language and culture, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Professional certification in event management or a related field.
