Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Rail Technology


About the Job:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our rail technology projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including regular status updates and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements:



  • Master's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the rail industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders
