At Exyte, we're driven by a vision of innovation and excellence. As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our shipping team in Renningen, Germany. This temporary, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our global community of challenge seekers.
About the Role
- Process shipping orders within Germany, the EU, and third countries, ensuring timely and proper order processing.
- Prepare and provide all necessary documents for shipping in collaboration with the order management team.
- Manage export documentation, export control, and internal company transport between Renningen and the production facility in Teplice, Czech Republic.
- Register shipments with designated modes of transport and monitor order processing for timely and proper execution.
- Determine shipment type, packaging, and scope in coordination with the team and supervisor.
- Obtain and evaluate offers for national and international transportation.
- Act as an operational deputy to the head of department.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, such as management assistant for forwarding and logistics services.
- Knowledge of third-country processes.
- Experience in export control and processing shipping orders, including spare parts, CEP, general cargo, part loads, and full loads within Germany, the EU, and third countries.
- Team player with a hands-on mentality, high degree of flexibility, and reliability.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
