At Exyte, we're driven by a shared ambition to shape the future of high-tech markets. As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our shipping team in Renningen, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process shipping orders within Germany, the EU, and third countries
  • Prepare and provide necessary documents for shipping in collaboration with the order management team
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and control
  • Organize internal company transport between Renningen and the production facility in Teplice, Czech Republic
  • Register shipments with designated modes of transport
  • Monitor timely and proper order processing, implementing corrective measures as needed
  • Determine shipment type, packaging, and scope in coordination with the team and supervisor
  • Obtain and evaluate offers for national and international transportation
  • Act as operational deputy to the head of department

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., management assistant for forwarding and logistics services
  • Knowledge of third-country processes
  • Experience in export control and shipping order processing
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and high degree of flexibility and reliability
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
