You will support our shipping team in a temporary and full-time position. The role involves processing shipping orders within Germany, the EU, and third countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing shipping orders
  • Preparation and provision of documents required for shipping
  • Export documentation and control
  • Organization of internal company transport
  • Registration of shipments with designated modes of transport
  • Monitoring of timely and proper order processing
  • Determining the type of shipment, packaging, and scope of shipment
  • Obtaining and evaluating offers for national/international transportation
  • Operational deputy to the head of department

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., management assistant for forwarding and logistics services
  • Knowledge of third-country processes
  • Experience in the area of export control
  • Experience in processing shipping orders
  • Team player
  • Hands-on mentality
  • High degree of flexibility and reliability
  • Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
