About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Advisor to join our team at SAP. As a Solution Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives by providing expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges using SAP solutions
  • Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations to deliver software demonstrations and provide deal support
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts and generate demand through marketing events
  • Design Thinking sessions to drive innovation and customer engagement

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of work experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and excellent communication/customer-facing skills
  • Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Proficient interpersonal skills, including passion, curiosity, effective listening skills, professional presence, empathy, and a "can-get-it-done" mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions
  • Strong Business Acumen, including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries
  • Willingness to delve into functional and technical details to understand the holistic picture
