Job Title: Third Party Risk Senior Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Third Party Risk Senior Manager to join our dynamic Risk & Controls team at SCAYLE Payments GmbH. As a key player in our outsourcing strategies, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation and execution for maximum efficiency and impact while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor standards and processes for central outsourcing management
- Conceptualize, design, and implement DORA solutions within SCAYLE Payments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify outsourcing needs and opportunities
- Evaluate and select outsourcing partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and assess the performance of outsourcing partners to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance
- Continuously optimize outsourcing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Create and maintain clear documentation of outsourcing activities and contracts
- Prepare data and analyses for outsourcing reporting to management
- Proactively identify and mitigate outsourcing-related risks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and fintech
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, law, economics, or a comparable field
- Proven experience as an Outsourcing Manager in the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, particularly in fintech and IT, as well as knowledge of practice-relevant standards such as ISO, ZAIT, DORA, and MARisk-ZAG
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
