Outsourcing Powerhouse: You'll be the strategic mastermind behind our outsourcing strategies, ensuring seamless implementation and execution for maximum efficiency and impact while having DORA regulation at your hand.
Risk Management Champion: Your regulatory expertise will be essential in safeguarding SCAYLE Payments' future. You'll play a vital role in shaping our risk management approach, ensuring we deliver outstanding financial services while exceeding the highest compliance standards.
Responsibilities:- Active involvement in the development, implementation, and monitoring of standards and processes for central outsourcing management
- Conceptualize, design, and implement DORA solutions within SCAYLE Payments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify outsourcing needs and opportunities
- Evaluate and select outsourcing partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess the performance of outsourcing partners to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
- Continuously optimize outsourcing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of outsourcing activities and contracts.
- Prepare data and analyses as part of outsourcing reporting to the Management
- Proactively identify and mitigate outsourcing-related risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and fintech
