Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our Field Engineer Team in the DACH territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and channels, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end accountability for customer experience and satisfaction
  • Overall service delivery and operational excellence for customers and channels according to defined SLAs/contracts
  • Drive service revenues, contract penetration, upgrades, value-added services, and page growth through common practices and guidance of EMEA leadership
  • Manage and lead a service team performance, providing coaching and setting the tone for engagement
  • Collaborate and partner effectively with the wider go-to-market team
  • Recruit and support development of direct staff members
  • Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues
  • Understand and drive specific actions to decrease on-site visits and material consumption to achieve budget targets
  • Drive regular knowledge updates and close knowledge gaps in the field
  • Support business and technical/field escalation

Requirements

  • Leadership and managerial experience > 10 years
  • Formal technical education [BSc or equivalent]
  • Technical analysis skills and experience - Essential
  • Statistics and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills written and verbal
  • Teamwork and collaborative approach to work in a complex matrix environment of field, functions, HQ, and sales
  • Agility & growth mindset
  • Project management skills
  • ~ 50% travel, mainly within the region
  • German & English speaking & writing skills is mandatory
