Digital Commerce Internship

In this exciting internship, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our digital commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of digital content for our four main Lufthansa group carriers' websites
  • Monitor and optimize ad campaigns, including SEA and SEO
  • Assist with reporting and testing to ensure campaign success
  • Collaborate with the team to implement ongoing initiatives across our five disciplines: Placement & UX, Offer Design & Display, Cross sell & Check out, Customer & Loyalty, Market Steering & Performance
  • Support the creation and implementation of promotional pages and visuals for our campaigns
  • Help develop innovative eCommerce measures and research market trends
  • Collaborate with the team to test new features and prepare content for go-live
  • Coordinate internal and assist in organizing team gatherings and events
Requirements:
  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies
  • HF diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's students or graduates with a strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with very good written and spoken English
  • High motivation, commitment, and initiative, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
