Digital Commerce Internship Opportunity

In the course of your 6 months internship at Deutsche Lufthansa AG, you will work in various areas of digital commerce, including:
- Digital Content Creation: You will analyze the digital customer journey and support the creation of content for the four main Lufthansa group carriers' websites.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: You will monitor ad campaigns, optimize Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and assist with reporting and testing.
- Digital Sales and Marketing: You will actively assist the team in ongoing initiatives across our five disciplines: Placement & User Experience, Offer Design & Display, Cross-sell & Checkout, Customer & Loyalty, Market Steering & Performance.
- Campaign Management: You will support the creation, implementation of promotional pages and visuals to set up our campaigns, collaborating closely with various internal departments.
- Conversion Optimization and Benchmarking: You will help develop innovative eCommerce measures and research market trends, present comparisons of online sales topics.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: You will collaborate with respective teams to test new features and help prepare the content according to our customer journey up to go-live.
- Administrative and Event Support: You will coordinate internal and assist in organizing team gatherings and events.

To be eligible for this internship, you must:
- Be enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- Hold a HF diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree (at least three semesters completed for HF diploma & Bachelor's students), ideally in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related Sales field
- Have a high affinity for digital affairs and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of eCommerce tools is advantageous
- Have a strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have very good written and spoken English, high motivation, commitment, and initiative, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
