Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving key strategic business growth profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Lifecycle Management
- Define and implement product portfolio with clear product line definition and value proposition;
- Capture regional market requirement, to be reflected either in regional or global product life cycle management;
- Engine new product development or existing product enhancement projects with solid market input and business case;
- Product profitability improvement to target verticals or even new vertical development for existing products.
Pricing Strategy
- Prepare price setting and price book what align to product positioning strategy;
- Track and analyze selling price trend to find out root cause if needed;
- Work closely with sales team to understand actual market requirement, deliver efficient support to guarantee top line and bottom line.
Business Support
- Deep understanding of applications in target verticals from a product perspective;
- Enhance product and application knowledge by leading training and developing training material;
- Be the owner of products for regular sales support and application engineering support.
Marketing Activities
- Membership of local technical associations;
- Understanding of local approvals and regulatory requirement;
- Leading product launching activities with Marcom;
- Support and collaborate on marketing materials and events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, preferred master degree or 3 years of product management experience, minimum 5 years working experience in B2B business;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationship and effectively present technical information to diverse audience;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset;
- Ability to capture market requirement and sensitive to market trend;
- Self-motivated and result-driven, strong willingness to product management and marketing career development;
- English skill for working communication;
- Be interested with exploring new areas.
