What You'll Do
  • Resale of Refurbished IT Assets: You'll be responsible for the sale of refurbished IT equipment on our online platforms.
  • Customer Support: You'll provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and logistics teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Administrative Tasks: You'll assist with reporting, invoicing, market research, and internal sales support.
Requirements
  • Education: You hold a degree in business administration or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
  • Sustainability: You're passionate about sustainability and want to contribute to environmentally friendly projects.
  • IT Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of IT and technical equipment.
  • Communication Skills: You're an excellent communicator, able to handle conflicts professionally.
  • Language Skills: You're fluent in German and English.
