Your Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the buying and selling of refurbished IT devices on our sales platforms
  • Serve as a customer service representative for partners and clients through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve services and product offerings
  • Work closely with E-Commerce management and leadership teams
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, market analysis, and sales support
Your Qualifications:
  • A background in business or technology with a strong commitment to sustainability
  • An interest in IT along with experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in both German and English
