Embedded Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Developer to join our team at Areus GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing firmware for embedded systems using C and C++ programming languages.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop firmware for embedded systems using C and C++ programming languages
- Develop software for embedded Linux systems
- Conduct unit and validation tests to ensure the quality of the developed software
- Develop and conceptualize new, innovative products and improve existing software
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field, with several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of at least one popular toolchain for embedded development (e.g., IAR, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code)
- Experience with automotive bus systems (e.g., CAN, LIN) and automotive Ethernet is desirable
- Experience with Embedded Linux is an asset
- Excellent German and good English language skills
