Office Director

The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the agency's office location. This includes developing and implementing strategies for effective and efficient office management, encompassing front reception, office supplies, vendors, office services, and overall office appearance. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional attitude, representing the agency in the best light.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Office Space Management: Plan seating charts, employee moves, and department moves, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Facilities Management: Liaise with employees, managers, and IT to coordinate office moves, assess office space needs, and collaborate with the Head of Real Estate and Facilities Manager on office build-outs and renovations.
  • Office Management Purchasing: Oversee supplies, office services, and maintenance programs, including office supplies, pantry supplies, copier/printer installation, and management.
  • Security and Parking: Manage office security cards and parking spot allocation, ensuring a secure and accessible work environment.
  • Business Continuity: Maintain the Office's Business Continuity Plan, ensuring the agency's operations are uninterrupted in the event of an emergency.

The successful candidate will work within established budgets, communicate regularly with Finance, and maintain relationships with key facilities and administration contacts.
