About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to join our team at Colliers, specializing in Office & Mixed-use Transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new sales mandates and initiating off-market transactions from your network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new sales mandates and initiate off-market transactions from your network
  • Coordinate and execute sales processes for office and mixed-use properties
  • Prepare sales price estimates, pitch presentations, and marketing materials
  • Provide comprehensive support to our national and international clients throughout the transaction process
  • Offer buy-side advisory services
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the industry
  • Coordinate and accompany clients in negotiations and contract signing

Requirements

  • Completed degree, preferably with a focus on real estate or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Ideally 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in transaction advisory services
  • Strong market knowledge in the office and mixed-use sector, particularly in the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main region
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and structured work approach
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in static and dynamic valuation methods (DCF, PE calculations, etc.)
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
