Job Description

We are seeking an Intern – Depositary Officer to join our Depositary department. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of alternative investment funds (AIFs) and gain exposure to different asset strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in their daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collect and save supporting documents, including due diligence on third parties, assets, and investors.
  • Monitor AIFs' daily cash flow and report any exceptions as per internal procedures.
  • Complete and update investors' registers and files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Update assets records based on collected documents.
  • Check the common Depositary mailbox daily to ensure timely processing of requests.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Studying a Bachelor or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
  • Ideal experience related to alternative investment funds in Luxembourg, preferably with a depositary, audit firm, or bank.
  • Basic knowledge of AIFM regulations or genuine interest in learning.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages considered an asset.
  • Well-organized and rigorous, with excellent time management skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
