Data Center Capacity Optimization Specialist

Join SAP's Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery Team

SAP is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we're looking for a talented Working Student to join our Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the setup of a global and cross-organizational program for Datacenter Capacity Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience the complete project lifecycle, from initial setup to planning and execution
  • Analyze and improve process implementations to achieve best-in-class process-wide collaboration
  • Maintain Enable Now Document Management System and improve overall documentation structure
  • Create process flows in Signavio and update documents in Enable Now and Wiki
  • Identify gaps or redundancies in documentation and work on improvements
  • Attend Change Advisory Board calls and participate in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics and Data Sciences
  • Computer skills: MS Office products, Confluence, Jira, Signavio, LeanIX
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: interested in working with cross-cultural teams, quick learner, passionate, motivated, creative, and self-managed
