Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-lifecycle recruiting processes, focusing on student recruiting and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Contribute to our talent attraction strategy, creating engaging content for various platforms and developing innovative HR marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programs.
  • Manage and analyze relevant data, preparing reporting deliverables to inform business decisions.
  • Provide overall support in recruiting and career events.

People and Organisational Development

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating development tools and measures for Talent Management and leadership development.
  • Research and recommend suitable training options for RWEST talents.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the RWEST 'Traders Training' program.
  • Help organize local and target-specific training, workshops, and team-building activities in our global locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for organizational inquiries from trainers, participants, and hotels.
  • Support colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree or completing a post-university GAP year.
  • Educational background in business administration, business psychology, sociology, or a comparable program.
  • First experience in Human Resources.
  • High level of self-drive, 'can do' attitude, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with high reliability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
