About Epiroc Tools & Attachments

Epiroc Tools & Attachments is a division of Epiroc, responsible for developing and manufacturing hydraulic attachments for carriers. These attachments are used in demolition, excavation, and other applications, and are designed to provide high performance and efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks related to personnel administration, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining personnel files, and for providing HR support to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of personnel administration, including employee data, benefits, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support to management and employees
  • Manage personnel files and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
