Overview
RWE Supply & Trading GmbH is a leading energy trading company that operates in a highly dynamic and rapidly growing business environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Human Resources team as an Internship Global Human Resources m/f/t.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our full-lifecycle recruiting processes, including student recruiting, and ensuring excellent candidate experience. Additionally, they will contribute to our talent attraction strategy, create content for various platforms, and develop one-of-a-kind HR Marketing initiatives. The candidate will also support the organisation and participation in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programmes, manage and analyse relevant data, and prepare reporting deliverables.
People and Organisational Development
The candidate will assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating development tools and measures for the RWE Supply & Trading GmbH Talent Management and leadership development. They will research individually suitable training options for RWEST talents, assist in planning, organising, implementing, and evaluating the RWEST 'Traders Training', and help organise local and target-specific training, workshops, and team-building activities in our global locations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in business administration, business psychology, sociology, or a comparable programme. They will have first experience in Human Resources, a high level of self-drive and 'can do' attitude, as well as the ability to work independently and in teams. The candidate will also have strong organisational and time-management skills, high reliability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
