About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Transformation Manager to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our Global Sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to optimize our global operations and drive business development for sustainable services to our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainability in our customer interactions and drive awareness and engagement of GBS employees.
  • Support the development of a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team and foster a culture of sustainability across the organization.
  • Drive standardization based on Corporate Sustainability governance in sustainability processes across businesses.
  • Collaborate with communications to consistently emphasize our current sustainability priorities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in environmental science, business, or a related field.
  • Many years of experience in business development, project management, sales, or Shared Services related to sustainability.
  • Passionate about sustainability and understanding of how a Shared Service Organization generates value for customers.
  • Validated ability of successful design and implementation and anchoring of concepts into daily processes.
  • Excellent skills in communication and change management.
