Deine Mission

Als wichtige Ansprechperson kümmerst du dich um die Annahme von Telefonaten unserer Kunden und Aufnahme von IT-Störungsmeldungen in einem Ticketsystem.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Analysiere und bearbeite eingehende Tickets unter Berücksichtigung von SLA`s.
  • Löse Probleme per Remotezugriff im ersten Kontakt mit dem Anwender im Rahmen eines 1st Level Supports.
  • Stelle die Kundenkommunikation sicher und halte ein regelmäßiges Statusupdate.
  • Dokumentiere im Ticketsystem sicher und qualifiziert.
  • Übernehme den Support und die Weiterleitung der Vorgänge an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten oder Drittdienstleister.
Deine Skills

Wir suchen nach einem Teammitglied mit:

  • Abgeschlossener Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld.
  • Erster Berufserfahrung im IT Hotline Support oder als IT-Systemadministrator.
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen IT-Ticketsystemen.
  • Sehr guten Kenntnissen von Windows Clients und Client-Hardware.
  • Fundiertem Wissen im Hinblick auf Standard-Büroapplikationen im MS Windows-Umfeld.
  • Idealerweise Kenntnissen von MS Active Directory, MS M365 Kontexten, MDM oder Exchange Online.
