About the Role:

Rubrik is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineering Leader to spearhead the growth and success of our Sales Engineering team in Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive Rubrik's presence in the German market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to maximize Rubrik's position in the German market
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong partner ecosystem for collaboration and opportunities
  • Lead the Sales Engineering team in close collaboration with international experts
  • Provide guidance on sales strategy, process, and introduce Rubrik to prospects
  • Offer technical expertise on Rubrik's products and competitive offerings in the SAN product space
  • Participate in strategic planning and revenue maximization
  • Drive accurate forecasting practices and conduct progress meetings with the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership pre-sales role
  • Experience working with complex organizations across different sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, and data security solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven success in growing a region and managing top talent
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and technology-related products
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
