About the Job

Vattenfall GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Recruiter:in to join our team in Berlin.

Your Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to selecting the final candidates.
  • You will provide proactive recruitment advice to our leadership team and serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers and recruitment agencies.
  • You will oversee the tendering process, including the creation of job postings, publishing them in selected online media, and conducting active sourcing of candidates as needed.
  • You will be the face of our recruitment efforts and build genuine relationships with our target audience.
  • You will be responsible for managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate experience through transparent communication and appreciation.
  • You will conduct interviews at all levels of the organization in German and English.
  • You will take ownership of strategic recruitment projects and drive them forward with a focus on results.

Requirements:

  • You hold a degree in a relevant field, preferably in Psychology or Business Administration with a focus on HR.
  • You have experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and other relevant technologies and software products in the talent acquisition field.
  • You have experience with various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • You possess a structured and independent working style, as well as a proactive approach.
  • You have excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • You have a high level of initiative, assertiveness, and confidence.
