Commercial Sales Manager
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in Awin AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and identifying new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives that drive revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.

- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
