Job Title: Business Process Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Specialist to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the rollout of our new Transport Management System (TMS) Cargo Wise One, driving business process transformation, and ensuring seamless integration with our global airfreight operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout of the new TMS, driving business process transformation, and ensuring seamless integration with our global airfreight operations.
  • Plan, moderate, and execute country and regional workshops and trainings with all levels of employees, predominantly on site across Europe.
  • Support country BPM and key users on a day-to-day basis in airfreight operational, system, and process-related matters.
  • Creation of training material and documentation.
  • Creation of SOPs and work instructions.
Requirements:
  • Completed logistics apprenticeship and/or completed University degree in Logistics or a comparable qualification.
  • Solid understanding of the global forwarding industry with on-hand operational experience, especially in Airfreight.
  • Experience in the field of training business processes, system use, and organizational changes.
  • Experience with the implementation of a TMS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with different cultures, departments, and hierarchical levels.
  • Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Flexibility towards traveling and longer stays abroad (40% - 60%).
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking, strong self-confidence, and problem-solving skills.
