As a Business Process Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our global airfreight processes, driving business process transformation, and supporting the rollout of our new Transport Management System (TMS) Cargo Wise One.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the rollout of the new TMS, driving business process transformation and analysis, change management, set-up, training, and more.
  • Plan, moderate, and execute country and regional workshops and trainings with all levels of employees, predominantly on site across Europe.
  • Support country BPM and key users on a day-to-day basis in airfreight operational, system, and process-related matters.
  • Create training material and documentation.
  • Develop SOPs and work instructions.
Requirements:
  • Completed logistics apprenticeship and/or university degree in logistics or a comparable qualification.
  • Solid understanding of the global forwarding industry with on-hand operational experience, especially in airfreight.
  • Experience in training business processes, system use, and organizational changes.
  • Experience with TMS implementation is a plus.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with different cultures, departments, and hierarchical levels.
  • Empathy skills: ability to place yourself in the shoes of the audience.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Flexibility towards traveling and longer stays abroad (40% - 60%).
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
  • Analytical thinking, strong self-confidence, and problem-solving skills.
