Key Responsibilities

Your contributions will include:

  • Strategizing, executing, and monitoring project tasks related to change management in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Formulating and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy for transformation projects, including stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
  • Creating and refining plans, templates, and materials for effective change communication.
  • Leading and coordinating discussions with internal stakeholders across various business units and locations regarding change initiatives.
  • Producing a variety of materials with quick turnaround times, such as presentations and reports.
  • Efficiently managing and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment, focusing on both overarching goals and specific details.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A completed degree or equivalent qualification in change management, business administration, human resources, communication, technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with project management methodologies, relevant tools, and the project lifecycle.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a leadership role within organizational change management or in implementing changes in project, communication, and training plans.
  • Experience managing large and complex projects in the areas of personnel, processes, and technology.
  • The ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with international stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages and document outcomes appropriately.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, independence, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the capability to synthesize data into actionable reports and convey concepts clearly.
