Your Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Flow Planning & Monitoring: Analyze and forecast cash flow to support budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, ensuring seamless financial management.
  • Customer-Level Unit Economics: Monitor and analyze revenue, COGS, gross margin, and liquidity profiles for each customer, providing actionable insights for growth opportunities.
  • Department-Level Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with department heads to monitor operational expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Reporting Support: Provide critical support for internal monthly business reviews, delivering meaningful performance insights to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Other Financial Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and run scenarios to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Process & Reporting Improvements: Challenge the status quo of our financial reporting and planning processes, driving initiatives to improve and automate current procedures.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in business or accounting/finance, backed by relevant professional experience (1-2 years) in business controlling or FP&A.
  • Proven analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling and a solid understanding of financial accounting and reporting concepts.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides proficiency, as well as knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and accounting software such as Datev.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.

Estimated Salary Range:

€80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
