Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional consumer engagement within the Juvenile Sector, leveraging product marketing and communication expertise across various channels, including digital platforms and point of sale.
- Serve as the primary contact for marketing campaign inquiries from diverse departments such as GTM, Product Management, Trade Marketing, International Marketing, Digital Teams, and Sales.
- Aim to create a unified message for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity in portfolio hierarchy, messaging, and communication strategies for each sub-brand.
- Play a vital role in the Go-to-Market process and the global campaign implementation by providing specialized product knowledge.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets in alignment with Go-to-Market schedules.
- Initiate the concept development for new product marketing campaigns by briefing relevant stakeholders and coordinating pre-production planning and post-production follow-up for all campaign materials.
- Manage briefings for landing pages and product detail pages on e-commerce platforms, assisting digital teams with product image guidelines, feature prioritization, product descriptions, and localized content.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Team to develop a comprehensive point-of-sale strategy that aligns with brand, sub-brand, and category objectives during Go-to-Market and launch phases.
- Act as a liaison with the PR & Social Media Team to provide essential campaign and product information for the development of a Social Media Communication Plan, reactivation strategies, and support for lifestyle and influencer content creation.
- Foster collaboration with the International Marketing Team to enable both global and local teams to execute campaigns seamlessly while promoting continuous information sharing to cultivate a global perspective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related business discipline.
- Extensive professional experience as a Marketing Manager in a brand-focused or consumer-centric environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of strategic and operational planning and management.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong sense of initiative and determination.
- A resilient, team-oriented individual who empowers stakeholders through comprehensive product marketing expertise.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
