Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consumer experience excellence within the Juvenile Home/Furniture category, leveraging marketing and communication skills across all touchpoints, product information, and benefits.
  • Act as the primary interface for campaign and product-related inquiries from other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Establish a unified "voice" within the home product category, maintaining clear messaging and communication concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the Go-to-Market process and global campaign roll-out, bringing dedicated product expertise and driving marketing asset creation.
  • Manage landing page and product detail page briefings on Ecom, supporting digital teams with product picture guidelines, feature orders, and product copy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as a Marketing Manager in a brand/consumer-centric environment, preferably in interior design or juvenile home.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels.
  • Hands-on, assertive, and driven, with a strong sense of initiative and collaboration.
  • Business fluent in English, with additional knowledge of German preferred.
