Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Mining Consultant to join our team. As a Process Mining Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Applying advanced process mining techniques to analyze and optimize business processes
  • Providing comprehensive support to customer projects from requirement gathering to implementation and training
  • Developing dashboards, analyses, and reports based on customer requirements
  • Identifying and communicating improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
  • Preparing and conducting workshops and presentations for customer management
  • Documented and transferring knowledge of developed solutions
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in IT consulting and knowledge of data processing and data modeling
  • Strong business acumen for various business processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and deep understanding of process data and patterns
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and working in agile teams
  • Independent work style, fast reaction time, and high engagement
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with ability to build trusting customer relationships
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills
