Job Summary

Ottobock's Global IT is seeking a highly skilled IT project manager to drive forward strategic and tactical IT projects. As a business enabler, you will provide scalable IT solutions to support the company's strong growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex IT projects in all phases, from initiation to rollout using classic and agile project methods.
  • Ensure stakeholder management, risk and change management, time and budget control, and management of IT service providers.
  • Coordinate processes in close cooperation with specialist departments and colleagues from Global IT.
  • Interact confidently at specialist and management level to manage complex discussion and negotiation situations.
  • Take responsibility for several projects in parallel (multi-project management).
  • Support the organization in optimizing and further developing project management processes and methods.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, business administration, a natural science or a comparable field of study.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably from a manufacturing company.
  • Broad basic understanding of IT technology and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Confident manner, assertiveness, and strong communication, cooperation, and presentation skills in German and English.
