As a Senior IT Project Manager at Avaloq, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of IT projects that drive business transformation. Your expertise will guide diverse teams across the organization, ensuring the alignment of technological solutions with their intended purpose.

Key Tasks
  • Manage IT projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure project goals are met.
  • Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop measures to mitigate them.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of resources and adherence to project budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams, promoting collaboration and smooth communication.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuously improve project management processes.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management.
Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an international environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMP, and Scrum.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex issues and develop solutions.
  • Experience in leading project teams and collaborating with international teams.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Additional Requirements
  • Knowledge of Avaloq is a plus.
