About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Kaufmann für Büromanagement to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and managing administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for coordinating service technician deployments from our service center in Hürth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative tasks
  • Creating contract proposals and cost estimates
  • Receiving and processing service orders via phone
  • Coordinating new machine installations (machines, schedules, technicians) between sales and customer service
  • Processing technician invoices
  • Coordinating service technician deployments (8-10 people) based on urgency, proximity, qualifications, and cost-effectiveness

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field
  • Desirable: initial experience in customer service or dispatching
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Self-motivated, structured, and organized work style
  • Excellent communication skills
