Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Receptionist (w/m/d) to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized patient care and support to patients and their families
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Coordinate patient appointments and schedules
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Requirements

• Medical reception or administrative experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
