Sales-Manager

Als Verkaufsleiter im Rent a Sales-Team bist Du verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Verkaufs-Projekten im "white label" für unsere Kunden. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Auftraggeber.
- Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, Verkaufs-Projekte zu planen und durchzuführen, um die Umsatzziele unserer Kunden zu erreichen.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Akquisition neuer Kunden und die Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien, um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
- Deine Aufgaben umfassen auch die Durchführung von Verkaufsmaßnahmen, wie z.B. Telefon- und E-Mail-Kontakte, sowie die Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen.
- Als Verkaufsleiter bist Du auch verantwortlich für die Führung eines Teams von Verkaufs-Assistenten und die Koordination von Verkaufsprojekten.
Um erfolgreich als Verkaufsleiter bei Qausal GmbH zu sein, benötigst Du:
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie oder einer vergleichbaren Branche.
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung als Verkaufsleiter oder Sales-Manager.
- Sehr gute Computerkenntnisse in Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook.
- Die Fähigkeit, andere Menschen zu überzeugen und zu motivieren.
- Ein gutes Verständnis von Verkaufsstrategien und -taktiken.
- Die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und hohe Umsatzziele zu erreichen.
