Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Manager International Transaction Tax, der unsere nationalen und internationalen Mandanten bei der steuerlichen Optimierung im Zuge von Übernahmen, Reorganisationen, Fusionen oder Joint Ventures unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Wir beraten nationale und internationale Mandanten in allen Steuerfragen bei Unternehmenstransaktionen, Due Diligence sowie bei der Übernahmestrukturierung und -finanzierung.
  • Wir identifizieren ertragsteuerlichen Optimierungspotenziale für internationale Mandanten und erarbeiten für unsere Mandanten spezifische Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung steuerrechtlicher und betriebswirtschaftlicher Aspekte und setzen diese um.
  • Wir übernehmen die steuerliche Betreuung von Projekten (z.B. Kauf und Verkauf von Unternehmen oder Unternehmensteilen, Börsengänge, Carve Outs, Joint Ventures, Fusionen und Reorganisationen).
  • Mandats-, Projekt- und Teamverantwortung sowie die enge Einbindung in die Geschäftsentwicklung fallen ebenfalls in Deinen Tätigkeitsbereich.
Dein Profil
  • (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) im Bereich International Transaction Tax wirst Du bei uns mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder einem Abschluss als Diplom-Finanzwirt:in sowie einem erfolgreich abgelegten Steuerberaterexamen.
  • Du hast mindestens vier Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Du hast sehr gute MS Office- sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
