International Tax Manager

Join our dynamic team at sennder, Europe's leading digital freight forwarder, as we revolutionize the logistics industry. As an International Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead tax analysis for high-priority projects, including VAT, transfer pricing, WHT, and tax risk management & controls
- Oversee material tax risks and topics in local sennder entities
- Ensure corporate income tax compliance, including process improvements
- Coordinate global transfer pricing transactions and documentation
- Contribute to automation efforts for corporate income tax and transfer pricing
- Support interdepartmental and cross-border cooperation and data sharing
- Assist in managing income tax audits
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Big4 advisors
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strong international tax experience, with VAT or M&A as a strong point
- Education in Accounting, Tax, or Finance, with specific tax qualifications a plus
- Fluent in English, German a plus
- Team player with high motivation to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Experience collaborating with team members across geographies and stakeholders
